Friday the 13th: The Game

What are your thoughts on Friday the 13th: The Game getting shut down?

It's going to be a sad, sad day... I'll admit I haven't played much since Evil Dead came out... My friends that I met through that game and had so much fun with stopped playing, and the switch over from dedicated servers just made the game no longer fun for me to play alone. It's such a shame because F13 in its prime was some of the most fun I've ever had with a video game, and I don't care what anybody else, F13 is by far the best game of its type despite its flaws. They were part of the charm. A lot of us here original moved over to this forum when the official F13 game forum shut down.

At least with Gun's contract expiring, it opens the door for somebody else to develop another game based on F13 in the future.

I've never actually played. It seems like I've missed out and I hope a game gets resurrected.

I Remember it back in 2019, where i always played some Campers, until the Jason role.

i remember some guy doing the roof glitch of the Part 2 map as PT 6 Jason which the guy as Shelly drove me nuts as he dodged the throwing knives.

and another match some guy who was Tommy Jarvis, used the stay in car hack which is impossible on consoles and made me mad as PT6 or PT5 Jason and Roy.

I hope Jason Universe actually resurrects the game! While giving us a new Game as well!!!
