The Conflicting Friday the 13th Timeline

Alright....so with Two different given "Dates" and "Numbers" given...please note this is for Part 6-X mostly as we know for the most Part Jason was captured later on in years but what about Part 6-Fvj?....

John Carl Buechler stated that Part 7 takes "10 years" after Part 6 and that 1988 is the year he and his wife met (or got married) I forget the two but still gives us a Year for her Fathers death of 1988 so keep that in mind.)

Tom Mcloughlin stated that his Part 6 took place directly in 1986

Now let's do some basic timeline anatomy.....

Tommy was born in 1972 (Since Trish was said to be 16 yrs old and he was 12 years old there is a 4-year difference here)

Tommy was 12 in 1984 (Given his birthday hasn't come yet)

Tommy would have been 21 in 1994 (If we say 18 then that would have been 1990)

Tommy for Part 6 would have been 19 years old (1991)

10 years later for Part 7 (As John stated) would be 1998 making Tommy would be 26 years old.

Now this will show the age chart from Tommy to Tina Shepard timelines......

TS=Tina Shepard Age compared to Tommy's Age.

1972= Tommy is born
1979= Part 1 (Pamela's Gravestone states 1979)
1980= Nothing
1981= Nothing
1982= Nothing
1983= Nothing
1984=12 (Pre-Part 2-P4)
1985=13 (TS=1) (Aka Part 2-the new beginning??)
1986=14 (TS=2) (Tom states P6 takes place as the same year of Part 6?)
1987=15 (TS=3)
1988=16 (TS=4) (Tina kills her Dad this is when John said the year of him and his wife met or was engaged)
1989=17 (TS=5)
1990=18 (TS=6)
1991=20 (TS=7)
1992=21 (TS=8)
1993=22 (TS=9)
1994=23 (TS=10)
1995=24 (TS=11)
1996=25 (TS=12)
1997=26 (TS=13)
1998=27 (TS=14) (Part 7 Takes Place as per 10 years since 1986 and when Jason was imprisoned under Crystal Lake)
1999=28 (TS=15)
2000=29 (TS=16)
2001=30 (TS=17)
2002=31 (TS=18)
2003=33 (TS=19)
2004=34 (TS=20) (Part 8)
2005=35 (TS=21) (Optional Part 8)
2006=36 (TS=22) (JGTH/FvJ)

So.....from this what is the most "Logical" way to place both their "Timelines" into something more factual/creditable?

to prove how illogical it would have to place Tina born in the year 1980 as the F13 wiki states are the fact Jason was in the lake during their "Flash" back and making her about 8 years old which makes No Sense because 1986 or 1990s is when Jason was placed in the lake which contradicts the whole wiki own "Words" as creditable for her Age and minds you 1980 to 1988=8 Years old....so this means illogically Part 7 takes place in 1998. (10+ years) and making her 18 years old

Notes: I won't take from the Tapes within Friday the 13th the Game for obvious Non-Canon reasons, nor from the comics.) there is also the facts we don't even know Tina's actual "Age" during the "Flashback" opening and then the post-time.

Thank you! I am trying my best to piece this entire franchise timeline up! Hopefully, I can do some medical research to give how much decay had happened in order for part 6 to look the way it was!

Have you gotten any farther on the timeline?

I wish the timelines made more sense. I do like how 2,3,4 all took place in a weekend, but in the movies it didnt come off as smoothly

Agreed with this.

We need an Official Guide for the years by the writers/directors of the overall franchise.
