Came out last year. Has a similar gimmick to Terrifier in that there's a silent antagonist who interacts with you and then messes you up. It's not as hardcore as Terrifier (what is?!) but it was pretty effective. Worth a look.

It's based on some shorts that you can see on YouTube. I didn't rate them. The film goes a bit harder.
