Very much possible...and ofcourse I know someones gonna ask...
Rage/Anger this is the BIGGEST strength especially since Pamela Voorhees herself was/is a Momma Bear, that would increase the strength!

That seems more likely than her rigging up Steve Christie to conveniently fall out of a tree or hanging Bill on the door by herself.
