You mean there was something worse in that script than the body swapping? This can't be real... And I thought I made up that conspiracy theory that New Line was trying to assassinate Jason to make Freddy look better by comparison.

I love Adam Marcus’s response too. We all ignored it lol. Good call on him I would’ve ignored it too. I know people trash on JGTH but I enjoy it as a fun movie. Not the best but it’s just fun and a good time for me.

Agreed. Looking around online and taking to coworkers and friends, I find it’s not as reviled as some people make it out to be. I get some people don’t like it but the way some folks talk about it, you would think it was the worst movie ever. I never saw it as a bad movie or even the worst in thr franchise. Like I said before, I enjoy it a lot. Does it have flaws? Yeah but no movie is absolutely perfect. I like all the Friday The 13th movies.

My feelings are you don’t know if something works or doesn’t unless you try it out. There is no such thing as a bad idea in media it’s all in how it’s executed when it comes to a movie or tv show or other media.

Yeah people have many reasons why they view JGTH as something unique,different, and or just being their 1st friday.

I dont see how or why other than the whole "New York" not actually being taken over.

I’ve heard people dump on JTM also because they don’t like it’s lacking gore. I always tell them it’s not their fault, it’s MPAA that censored it.

The reasons I hear are things like the ending and Jason's unmasked look.

Yeah I’ve heard that too. Not the best look but I didn’t mind it.
