How do you feel about Freddy vs Jason?

Alot of people know how I feel about the film mainly with the casting and the modified storyline they gave us

Firstly, I will always state that Kane Hodder should have been Jason Voorhees in Freddy Vs Jason period, the man created a monster of a supernatural serial killer, he gave Jason characteristics through 4 films, and to be blindsided and betrayed like that is downright disgusting.

Secondly, the whole "Jason is afraid of Water" nonsense made Jason look like he was weak, and that somehow Water was his kryptonite which is bs, poor writing, and illogical to the Final Chapter, Jason Lives, The New Blood, and Jason Takes Manhattan, as all these previous films showcased that Jason WAS never afraid of any type of water.

Thirdly, no offense to the designers of this film but they made this version of Jason look like he was some homeless man and not someone in the woods, hell I would nickname that version of Jason as Homeless Jason or Hobo Jason, and yes I know Jason wasn't super on clothing but his design was simple as hell and it worked.

Fourth? Freddy didn't get kills, Im not that super big fan of Nightmare on Elm Street but I am a fan, and then the lack of him having a body count didn't sit right with me, since New Line Cinema treated Freddy as their bread and butter.

Finally, Ronnie Yu shouldn't have been given the role of director, no offense yet again because I love Bride of Chucky but this film? No...he admitted multiple times he has never seen neither of Jason or Freddy's film and the fact New Line Cinema even kept begging was sad to know and acknowledge.

Yes it was the biggest box office for both series but it doesn't mean it was the best for either franchise.

I am definitely not a fan of FvJ and I would happily make a fan film correcting the many problems it faced as well so lets hope it comes into reality and not just a fantasy.
