Yeah they did have a short life span….
Wish they would do a whole new set of novelization of the all the movies and a new line of books in the Original series taking place between certain movies or continuing a different story from one of the other movies……
I would love a novel Sequel to the New Blood featuring The return of Tina…..
Or a novel after Jason takes Manhattan where he stays in New York terrorizing the city’s Teenagers!!
I’d love to see a follow up novel to the original movie where he’s living in the woods and what happens when someone enters his territory. I know we kind of got that with Part 2 but I think there’s room between Part 1 and Part 2. Even if they wanted to do a novel or a series of novels during the 5 year span Paul mentioned in his campfire tale I’d love to see that. Lots of room to have stories take place in.
Definitely!! I would too!

I was able to find on EBay Friday the 13th Hate Kill Repeat and on Amazon Jason X Planet of the Beast recently for 25 bucks a piece…….sooo Happy!
There are two up on eBay right now that are up for Auction……they are pretty beat up so as long as they don’t get too expensive that might be a good deal.

That's a good deal for ebay.
As for novels i'd like to see, I think a novel that covers Jason's time as a teenager would be interesting. Did he kill as a teen? Or were the victims in part 2 his first? Also curious how he made the shack and shrine without being noticed..

When it came to him making the shack and shrine without being noticed, I always just thought it was because he knew his way around Crystal Lake so well that he knew how to avoid people.

Hopefully, the interest in the books will make people take notice and maybe get some new novels going. If I heard some new books were in the works, I’d be very excited.

Friday the 13th content of any kind is welcome at this point. We are starved of Jason's presence on the big screen, so more books, comics, action figures and even video games would hopefully create interest in the franchise again and bring in new fan too.
