Alien Romulus
Hmmm. Looked nice and the facehuggers were good but I'm pretty sure I just watched a rubbish movie.

Re: Alien Romulus
Planning to watch this the next weekend. I was seeing another movie in theatre a couple of days ago and saw a guy excited that his girlfriend can take his photo in front of a big banner representing this movie. I thought, it's probably time I get excited about new movies too, lol.

I'm not going to bother going. The movies all seem the same to me.

Re: Alien Romulus
I've seen it. Went with my brother and we had a good time. Nowadays you read like 20 articles before seeing your desired movie and when you actually see it, you're like "So is there something that's actually going to surprise me?". This is exactly what happened when I was seeing the new Strangers movie. So now, I tried to avoid most of the articles about Alien: Romulus and actually really enjoyed it. There is no deaf spot and the movie went very quickly, despite being almost 2 hours long. Though I need to add that gone are the times of the immortal classics. No matter how many more remakes are made, none of them will reach the qualities of the original. I know I'm saying nothing new here, but this seemed like the right topic to mention this.

So were you surprised by anything in the movie?

Andy. This character is really a great addition to the franchise and was it was very inventive by the filmmakers to come up with someone like him.

Andy was one of the few bright spots in the movie.
