Revenant Zombie vs. Zombie: Key Similarities Explained
A direct continuation, from my previous article on their differences, revenant zombies and traditional zombies share several similarities:
Undead Nature: Both of these zombie types are reanimated corpses that have returned from the dead, and decided to cause chaos against the living.
Physical Decomposition: Both often exhibit signs of physical decay and decomposition, characteristic of their undead status. (Note: Through multiple mediums, some might not even decay, or have different decaying rates!)
Supernatural Elements: Both are typically brought back to life through supernatural means, whether it’s dark magic, a curse, or a mysterious infection, or viral outbreak.
Supernatural Enhancements: Both can possess enhanced strength, durability, and endurance, displaying the relentlessness of their types, so by being dead they do have the means for unlimited strength and infinite stamina, due to who writes them, but the fact they no longer have the limitations of nerves, muscle recovery, and pain, to know when to control themselves, and since they are undead, they wont ever tire out by direct logic, and when compared to living humans, it makes sense that they will be the most formidable enemies in any situation.
Fear Factor: Both are central to horror genres and are used to evoke fear and tension! Who wouldn't be in fear of the dead coming back to life?
Motivation to Kill: Both often have a drive to kill the living, though the reasons and methods may differ, it's all the same to them, revenge or eating!
Limited Biological Needs: Neither revenant zombies nor traditional zombies need food, water, or sleep to sustain their undead existence, although they may crave human flesh or brains for other reasons, they don't gain any nutrients or any physical benefits.
Cranical Sensory: Both are typically able to display either 1,2, or 3 of these concepts such as smelling, sight, or hearing you, or all the above, its this benefit and similarity that helps keeps them as a maintaining danger.
In conclusion to this article, while yes, both revenant zombies and traditional zombies are undead creatures that are centered into horror storytelling, revenant zombies are just typically have a higher level of intelligence, strength control, and a more specific purpose compared to the mindless and instinct-driven traditional zombies!

Here's my question about zombies. Imagine these are real and discovered that they eat human brains. How weird would it be if one walked by YOU and started attacking someone else?
