A Haunting in Venice

A Haunting in Venice
This movie comes out soon.
It's based on an Agatha Christie book, and the main character is Belgian detective Hercule Poirot. Does anyone want to see this? It may seem kind of highbrow, since Agathe Christie was a fiction writer way back in the 1930's(?) England. Based on my college experience, a lot of literature classes have students one or two of her books. From the way professors talk about her, she's like the Shakespeare of crime fiction. I have to admit I've read a few of her books.

I love the movies based on her books, like Murder on the Orient Express and Murder on the Nile. Any movie based on her work is worth watching

I'm glad I'm not the only one who's read her books. I know other people have done this, but it always feels kinda snobbish (at least to me) to admit it.

I'm a big fan of the printed word, especially older works. Who knows? If the grid goes down that will be the only entertainment left alongside board and card games lol

I know how Yu feel about books. There's nothing like holding a good book in your hands.
